My Experience At Comic-Con 2010:
-Wednesday:
On wednesday, we went to mission valley to the double tree convention center, to pick up our badges, there were alot of people, but I was so surprised about how quick we got through it also, I couldnt believe that when we finally got to get our badges, they didnt even look at our id, i was so surprised O.o
then just for fun we drove past the convention center xD, i couldnt figure out what was so different from our badges from people with P.N later I found out that they had the words preview night on their badge and I was like damn C:
-Thursday:
alrighty, so for thursday, we parked past where the trolley is, which was great because by the time we actually got the the Cnvnt Cntr, I was tired xD
oh yea, a word to the wise, the parking place we parked at totally ripped us off!! it said special, 10$ then when we were ready to pay it said 30$ so i put in two twenties and guess what, it didnt give me my change, it said i had to mail in something, i did already, but i still havent gotten my ten dollars back so a word to the wise
1. dont trust the signs
2. have exact change
So me and my friend went straight to the exibit hall, while my mom went straight to hall H line, we walked around, got some free stuff, bought some stuff- i bought a poster, as soon as i saw it i was like i NEEd it!!
and she bought a key chain. then we were tired, and hungry so i said okay lets re-group and think about what were gonna do so we headed up stairs where there werent so gosh darn many people xD
thats when i decided to call my mom and guess what she said??
"hello?"
"hey, where are you?"
"still standing in line"
and i was like OMFG, your still standing in line?? so we decided to join my mom in line, also so she could go to the bathroom and stretch her legs. We ended up missing tron -.-
but we did see: Salt, and Red

After those two panels, we split up, my mom, went to save us a spot while we went down to the exibit hall to kill an hour. We went to the panel called:
The Best/ Worst Manga of 2010
well, i wrote down every manga i thought that was interesting whether it be on the best or worst side. but i was just a little dissapointed, i thought some of the manga they named as the worst were not that bad. i couldnt believe it, although there were a few i did agree on.
just to name a few manga: best- clover, cat paradise, karakuri odette, ooku, twin spica, kekkaishi
worst- orange planet, togainu no chi
after that panel we all split up again, my mom went to the marriot, i went to the stand in the bandai panel line, and my friend went to the adventures in voice acting panel, she wanted me to go, but i went last year so i decided to skip it.
p.s- the bandai panel was a huge dissapointment, they didnt talk about any new anime coming out, it was just horrible, i ended up wishing i had attened the viz media panel instead
after my panel and my friends panel was over [they were at the same time]
we met in the sales pavillion room and sat down on the chairs ahhhhhh~
we then decided to check out the anime at the marriot, since it was her only day we figured that she should get her moneys worth, we watched an episode of an interesting anime called: tayutama: kiss on my deity
this is the ceiling of the room we were in: nice huh ^^
Then we walked back to my car drove her home, ate dinner and crashed ^^
Friday:
So for friday we parked a long ways [because if you want to get a free spot it has to be far away xD]
we walked on the bridge and went straight to hall H there we saw: Drive Angry, SkyLine, and Super

After that, me and my mom decided to go to the exibit hall, after that we went to the panel:
America's Greatest Otaku:
so, tokyopop is making a show called a.g.o, and it sounds awsome and i am so america's greatest otaku, but i was too shy to stand in the line to get an interview, idk! i mean going on t.v sound -.- to me but if you win the show you get to go to japan!! oh well, if your interested go to the tokyo pop website or just type in america's greatest otaku on google, also its going to be an online show, when it comes out you can watch it on hulu [at least thats what they told us]
after that we went home because we had to get up super early because of the harry potter panel.
p.s- when we left on friday, there were already hp fans camped out for the panel
Saturday:
My mom dropped me off so i could get a spot in line while she parked the car, I headed towards hall H.
the line was so huge, that it was all the way around the corner past the hilton, i was behind the convention center, in line and by the time my mom got to me there were like 500 people behind me, good thing she dropped me off.
We figured that we stood in line 3 hours, and we never got in, yup you heard me right, we never saw the harry potter panel even though we were so close, we were so close!!!!
well we decided there was no hope since those guys were yelling that the room had reached max capacity so we headed to the hilton, the indigo ballroom to see the panel: The Guild ^^
however, we were one panel early so we watched a panel where the girl from stargate is in it, but it doesnt matter to me that much since i dont have cable, i cant watch it anyways t.t

After the panel we went to the exibit hall because they were going to do a signing!!

after the signing we walked around the exibit hall again, after that we walked to the tokyo pop bus a few blocks outside of the convention center, and on our way back we saw the guy who is the thing from fantastic 4, we were like ten feet away from him, it was crazy xD my mom was like omg look LOOK! O>O
.........okay okay i see dont choke me lol
after that we went home, and didnt stay for the masquerade
Sunday:
Finally, its sunday! i was dropped off and i practically skipped/ ran to ballroom 20, for the smallville/ supernatural panel. oh yea, guess what, while i was running to get a spot in line, my chin caught on a pole and i couldnt get loose......
[WTF do you mean your chin?? your CHIN?? AHAHAHA!! when i caught that i was like omfg thats so hilarious sorry people, spelling mistake, i ment to say chain....carry on] and the woman behind me helped me but there was like a stampeed of people coming so i told her to leave me behind xD [just like in a movie hehe] anyways i got angry so i just tor it, and the crystal flew off, i started to walk away then this guy was all like 'you dropped this', ahh thanks, now let me go and stick my head in the sand while im at it >.<
uwah i was so embarressed.

A Comic-con Rant: Mother Style

What I want to know is....
who on earth picked the crappy color for the official c.c 2010 t-shirts. I think they sold less of them than usual because of the horrid color. Now listen to this, if my cat had ate an entire pumpkin and had diarrhea, it would be the color of this shirt, what the heck do they think this awful color will go with? And when I asked why they choose this color they simply responded: The color was choosen to inhance the characters on the front of the shirt.
Did anyone else find this shirt awful? Did anyone else buy it?
